Active8 IT were nominated for Competitive Take Out of the
Year 2013 in the Asigra Partner Awards, Toronto 2013.
It
was an succesful night for Active8 who were
shortlisted for this Award after there take out of a larger IT provider
as part of their Kiddicare IT support contract. Active8 are experts in
creating innovative solutions backed
by Asigra’s industry leading technology.
Catherine
Batley, Marketing Manager and Lee Bennellick,
Managing Director attended the Awards and Partner Summit in Toronto. The
Summit is for all of Asigra's valued partners to see new technology and
service offering
that can be relayed back to market. They also have best practice and
industry leading
marketing sessions within the programme.
Catherine commented “This is another great achievement of
all of us at Active8 IT and really demonstrates our hard work and dedication to
Back – up and Recovery technology. Asigra are industry leaders in this field and
we are extremely chuffed to be selected to partner with them and be shortlisted
within this category”
In addition to this Lee, was also asked to sit with the
Asigra Advisory Council. This is a body of some 8 thought leaders within Europe
who are asked the consult on the market, best practice and technology improvement.
Lee added “Our clients have seen the benefits of this
offering and we really buy into the future of Big Data and Recovery. Companies
need a strategy for business continuity and Active8 works very closely to achieve
this. It’s fantastic that we have been recognised and asked to advise within
Europe on this area.
